Cybersecurity incidents are expensive. According to IBM and the Ponemon Institute's 2020 “Cost of a Data Breach” report, it was determined that the average total cost of cybersecurity breaches in the United States of America, between August 2019 and April 2020, was $8,640,000. Carl Benevento, Channel Manager at Cyberstone Security, shared his insight and experience in the realm of physical, social and cyber security concepts in honor of October being Cybersecurity Month.

In April of 2021 Cyberstone received Registered Provider Organization (RPO) status from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB). Now authorized by the US Department of Defense to provide cyber security consulting services to entities contracted in the DOD space, Carl has been working to keep our country’s defense contractors cyber secure.
