Vincent Silvestri

Vince joined PBM in January 2020 and serves as EVP and General Manager. At PBM, Vince is leveraging his extensive experience and expertise in operations, administration and communications as he oversees the Company’s Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and Special Accounts departments, as well as its regional offices in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington, DC.Prior to joining PBM, he concluded a 35-year career at Rockefeller Group International, Inc. (RGI) – a national leader in the ownership, management, and development of commercial real estate – where he last served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President.
